POLICIES:

Late registrations are welcome and the registration fee will be adjusted according to how many classes remain in the session.

Please dress for “moving and dancing!”

Please try to participate! When your child observes you singing along and having fun, the more comfortable they will feel and they will get more out of each class! 

If your teacher must be away from a class, we will provide a make up.

If you must be away from a class you may make it up in a class offered on another day or in the next session. You will be permitted to make up two missed classes.

If you are aware of a class that you will be away from in advance of registering we can deduct the cost of the missed class from the registration fee.

Open food and drinks are not permitted in the classroom

Please do not allow your cell phone to disrupt during class time.

Parents wishing to attend 'Cycle of Steasons' unparented classes are always welcome.

Siblings ( over 2 months) who are not registered in the same program must be in a carseat or seated along the outside edge of the classroom.  It is recommended that you find childcare for other siblings if you are enrolled in a parented class without all of your children. 'All Together Now' is a great option for parents with more than one child so that no one is left out!

WEATHER:

If public school is closed due to bad weather, we will also be closed. Every attempt will be made to make up missed classes.  If public school is operating on a delayed schedule, we will be open and classes will run on their regular schedule.

OBSERVATIONS:

Understand that all children learn at different rates and in different ways.  Some children will be quiet in class, others will be active.  Some children will do everything perfectly at home, but not in class.  As a parent, you know that every child is unique, so check your comparisons at the door and let the music work it's magic!

Payment is due upon registration. A full refund is available until the end of the first week of classes. After the first week of classes, if you must withdraw, a refund is solely at our discretion.

Payment plans can be designed to fit your needs if you cannot pay the entire registration fee all at once.
