Linnea Hillesland, an early childhood music specialist, is a trained and licensed Musikgarten teacher.  She is certified level II in the international Early Childhood Music and Movement Association, of which she was the Northwest Regional Representative 2002-04.  Ms. Hillesland, who holds a BA in education from Pacific Lutheran University, taught third grade and music in Tacoma, WA, before moving to the Tri-Cities.  She has done graduate work through Pacific Lutheran Univ., Central Washington Univ., San Francisco State College, and Seattle Pacific University.  She started teaching Musikgarten classes in the Tri-Cities in 1995 in hopes of enriching the lives and learning potential of the Tri-Cities community children and families.
