YOU ARE HERE FOR YOUR CHILD. PLEASE GIVE THEM THE ATTENTION THEY DESERVE.
1- No cell phones in the classroom area
2- No picture taking during class
3- No food or drink in the class area.
4-Adults are expected to participate in all class circle, singing, and moving activities.
5- Resist the temptation to chit chat with others during class time.
6- Should your child need a drink, food, or changing please attend to their needs in the other room or bathroom.
FOOD & TOYS
Food, drinks, toys or other "distractions" often cause problems rather than provide comfort when brought into music class. Since another child might want your child’s drink or stuffed animal, it is often easier to leave those things at home or in the car. VISITORS Only registered members of the class are allowed to attend unless other arrangements have been made.
ATTENDANCE
Your attendance and participation in the class is very important to your child and the rest of the class members. By making your child's attendance a priority, you will be taking an important step in supporting your child's success and setting a good example.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES or CANCELLATION ON YOUR PART.
There will be classes even when schools are out for the small holidays, teacher prep days, parent teachers conferences, etc.. However, if public school is closed due to bad weather, classes will be cancelled. If public school is operating on a delayed schedule, classes will run on their regular schedule.
* Semesters may be extended to makeup classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
TUITION
Unless other arrangements are made, full tuition is due before the beginning of the first class.
$40 will be charged for returned checks.
WITHDRAWL
No refunds will be given once the second week of class has begun.
Should you choose to withdraw, your registration fee minus $40.00 will be returned to you.
