POLICIES
By registering for a class, you agree to ALL policies listed below. Please read carefully.
* Please note that we are unable to issue refunds once the class session has started!
* If you or your child are exhibiting any signs of sickness, please refrain from attending the class (we will always make sure you get to make up any missed classes)
* Please try to arrive on time
* Cell phones and other electronics that make noise should be silenced for the duration of class.
* Please leave food, toys, or other "distractions" at home or in the car. Often times it can cause more problems rather than provide comfort when brought into music class. (Breastfeeding and bottlefeeding is welcome)
* Dress for moving and dancing and of course most importantly dress accordingly based on the weather since all classes are held at the Park. Feel free to bring a blanket but not necessary since there will be mats provided to sit on.
* If you find that you need to redirect a behavior, try using your hands gently to redirect rather than speaking, so that others can continue to focus on the class.
If for some reason, your child becomes a distraction for the other children, simply calmly take her/him out of the circle for a moment, give them time to refocus and calm down, then return to class activities.
WEATHER:
Because our classes will be held at the Park, if it rains or weather is too dangerous to be out, classes will be cancelled. Every attempt will be made to make up missed classes.
OBSERVATIONS:
Understand that all children learn at different rates and in different ways. Some children will be quiet in class, others will be active. Some children will do everything perfectly at home, but not in class. As a parent, you know that every child is unique, so check your comparisons at the door and let the music work it's magic!
