How long does it take for my site to be created? Once you complete and submit the Request A Site form, your website is usually created within a few minutes. You will receive an email with instructions for logging into the Admin Site and activating your website. Once activation is complete, your site will be live and available to the public. How do I manage my site? You will use the Account Admin Site by logging in with the UserID and password you specify when requesting your website. From the Admin Site, you can customize the look of your site, edit page content, select different images or upload your own pictures, manage your pages and navigation, and make other changes to your website. The Admin Site is designed to be easy to use, even for users with limited website experience. How will I be billed? When you activate your website, an invoice will be created and emailed to you for the prorated amount covering the remainder of the current month. You may use the website during the 14-day trial period without submitting payment information. If you submit credit card information, any outstanding balance will be charged at that time. After that, your account will be billed monthly in advance and your card will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month. How will people find my website? You are responsible for promoting and advertising your website. You can include your website address on business cards, flyers, printed materials, email, social media, and other advertising. Search engines may also discover and index your website over time, but we do not guarantee placement or ranking in search results. How can my customers contact me? Messages submitted through the Contact Us page will be sent to the email address you specify in the Admin Site. Registration information submitted through your website will also be emailed to that address.
