Please enter your email address. This address will be used to communicate with you about your site, for monthly invoices, etc. You will be able to specify a different email address (Site Email Address) when you activate your website where correspondence from your website will be sent.

Web Site Address
Enter the directory name for your website. The directory name will be part of the website address people will use to access your site. This name must be unique for each site hosted on our service. If you choose something that's already been used, you will be asked to enter a different name.  

Only letters, numbers, and the dash character "-" are allowed; no blank spaces.
This name will be how people will access your site, so choose something that is easy to remember and to type. The name is not case sensitive.

Please note that you can choose to use your own domain name (www.MySite.com for example) and that can be setup once your site is active. You will still need to provide an address here that our system will use.

Terms of Service
By clicking the "Submit" button below and requesting that a site be created for your use, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

  • All accounts will be billed monthly for service in advance and invoices will be sent via email. Partial month fees will be prorated and included in the first invoice. All invoices are due and payable upon receipt unless prior arrangements have been made. All returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 fee for each time they are rejected by your bank. Account access may be interrupted if payment is not received by the due date. All prices are subject to change. You will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes or changes to this Agreement.

  • Helios Web Hosting cannot be held responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Helios Web Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Helios Web Hosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, and any and all service interruptions caused either by Helios Web Hosting and its employees or from service interruptions out of our control.

  • You have the right to cancel your account at any time, for any reason. You can do so by click the "Cancel Account" link on the Admin site and completing the online form. Your account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for any fees due through the end of that period. No refunds will be given after the first 14 days. We reserve the right to delete any data records associated with your account when your account is closed.

  • It is our goal that your site be available 100% of the time but due to hardware maintenance requirements, upgrades, and various forces of nature this might not always be possible. Occasionally system maintenance is performed that could result in your site being unavailable for a short period of time. We will send email notification several days in advance of all planned maintenance so you will know if your site is scheduled to be down. Otherwise, if you find that your site is down, please send an email to support@makingmusik.com.

  • You assume all responsibility for advertisement of your site. We will provided information that gives details on submitting your site to the various search engines on the internet so people can find your site. This process can be time consuming and must be repeated occasionally in order for your site to come up high in search results.

  • Helios Web Hosting values your privacy. We will never sell, rent, giveaway or share personally identifiable information about you or your business to any third party without first receiving your permission.

  • You agree to respect your customers' right to privacy and will not send them emails through our system if they elect not to receive them. You agree to only use the Email Blast feature on the Admin site to send emails to customers or potential customers who have agreed to be on your mailing list. You agree that you will not send unsolicited email (SPAM) through the Admin site. If it is determined that you have used the Helios Web Hosting system to send SPAM, your account will be closed.

  • You are solely responsible for the proper conduct of your business and all other matters under your control. Helios Web Hosting, our affiliates, service providers, or any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Helios Web Hosting service, technology that powers the solution or content available will not be liable to you in any manner, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

  • Helios Web Hosting is not responsible for the content on any member websites. You are responsible for the legality of all content you upload to your website or provide to us to place on your website for you. You certify that you have the legal right to use any trademarked logos or copyrighted content displayed on your website.

  • We reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel any account in accordance with the provisions of this Terms of Service.
